	new i-Package for GNU plotutils

There is a new i-Package for the GNU plotutils.

The pstoedit i-Package has been updated to pstoedit 3.44 (was 3.42)  
and has been compiled with GNU plotutils support via libplot.  
pstoedit will run without GNU plotutils installed (no hard dependency).

? Updated TeXDist stuff from J?r?me Laurens (real bug fix). Removed  
source .zip as it is out of date and no new one has been publicly  
released.
? Updated epstopdf with a windows-compatible version and simplified  
code. No functional differences.
