[Ii2-announce] Yale i-Packages repositories are up again

The Yale repositories are up again. The *EXPERIMENTAL* i-Directory is  
empty as there are currently no i-Packages with experimental status.

PS. The i-Directoy is empty but all the i-Packags are there and up to  
date, hnce if you ever opened your i-Package from the *EXPERIMENTAL*  
i-Directory it still points to the *EXPERIMENTAL* repository and will  
still detect updates.
