[Ii2-announce] Two updated i-Packages: freetype and ImageMagick

Freetype has been updated to version 2.3.1 form 2.2.1
ImageMagick has been updated to 6.3.3 from 6.2.9

Note that ImageMagick has been compiled without fontconfig support as  
I am experiencing conflicts between Apple's very outdated fontconfig  
and the more recent version I have installed on my build systems. I  
have no idea what the consequences are (for graphics formats probably  
not that much) and I am looking into fixing this

PS. I am waiting for a FontForge update to fix a build problem that  
is in the current version. Until then I cannot update.
