[Ii2-announce] Deprecated TeX i-Package and Retired LaTeX Updater i-Package

The TeX i-Package (gwTex 2003-2005) has received deprecated status. 
This means that it will put up a warning before installation and / or 
configuration. The preferred replacement is the gwTeX i-Package based 
on a subset of TeX Live.

The LaTeX Updater i-Package has been retired. That means that 
i-Installer will not install or configure it, but only uninstall it. 
This i-Package existed for a while, while the TeX i-Package had a very 
outdated LateX. As the new gwTeX i-Package will be up to date for the 
forseeable future, there is no more LaTeX Updater needed.

Both i-Packages require i-Installer 2.87.
