[Ii2-announce] TUG.org has problems. i-Installer can be extremely slow as a result.

tug.org has problems. The system is down or extremely slow and it has 
not been repaired yet.

Open updated i-Packages looks at the site that has been set in your 
i-Package. This means that i-Installer is opening all your i-Packages 
and checks for updates on all of them. GIven that tug.org is as slow as 
molasses (as far as it runs at all) this takes forever.

At this time, do not use "open updated" if your i-Packages look at TUG 
(default)
