[Ii2-announce] Two updates

The TeX (based on TeX Live) i-Package has been updated with a more  
recent version from the TeX Live repository. Some small problems have  
been fixed (e.g. mflogo). Available from the *EXPERIMENTAL* i- 
Directory. The default install location is still /usr/local/TeXLive.  
This will change but it is not trivial to do this smoothly for all  
users.

The ConTeXt updater will install a texmfstart script if not yet  
available.
