[Ii2-announce] TeX i-Package *EXPERIMENTAL*

The *EXPERIMENTAL* TeX i-Package has some configuration code for  
interacting with the user wrt personal configurations (fmtutil vs  
fmtutil-sys etc.). When in simple install mode, it will keep the  
setting as is (copy it over from the previous texmf.cnf) and set it  
to "block personal configs with cli tools" if it is an initial  
install. In expert mode, one can choose.

Basically, I hope the new (old) default will slowly repair the mess  
that his foo/foo-sys has brought us.

This will not go live until August as I am on vacation as of now.
