[Ii2-announce] FontForge i-Package updated

The FontForge i-Package has been updated. It is now at FontForge 
20060715.

PS. It turned out that the ppc-X11 version was broken in the existing 
package as it depended on an X11 lib that wasn't there. This is strange 
as the i-Package had been untouched for long while. What could have 
happened is that some OS update (e.g. security fix on 10.3.9) changed 
the X11-layout. I have no idea, but the current should work on all 
platforms and both X11 and no-X11 again.
