[Ii2-announce] Autotrace updated

Autotrace has been updated. The software inside stll needed the shared 
libraries for PNG (which had been removed due to potential problems 
with badly set up Tiger systems) and would therefore not run anymore 
after an update of PNG. Autotrace also now supports working with 
pstoedit, but this dependency was not set up in the i-Package.

All has now been fixed. To use autotrace, one needs to install pstoedit.
